Completed in 2026, 501 First is a 476-unit, fully-furnished, luxury condominium high-rise tower located at the heart of Downtown Miami. This is Aria's second development in partnership with AQARAT. 95% of the units were released and presold prior to the commencement of construction. Now that the building is open, the handful of remaining, premium units have been made available for purchase.
