In partnership with Wedgewood Avenue, assembled and entitled a unique, 12 acre, master-planned, mixed-use community composed of 610 units surrounded by a central park, food and beverage retail, high-end amenities, and ample parking. The first phase, a 208-unit, multifamily development is under construction and will open in 2027.
